THE GAP WE'RE BRIDGING
Hardworking families often find themselves caught between financial education, available resources, and real-life application. The Empowered Family Project exists to bridge that gap—connecting knowledge, tools, and support so families can move from surviving to stable and build lasting financial confidence.
Our Programs
Our programs are designed to strengthen families by combining education, essential resources, and supportive services that promote stability, resilience, and long-term empowerment.
Family Education &
Youth Empowerment Program
Provides age-appropriate financial education and life-skills learning that equips children, youth, and families with practical tools to build confidence, responsibility, and long-term stability.
Homeless Outreach &
Nutrition Support Program
Provides outreach, meals, and essential supplies to individuals experiencing homelessness while offering compassionate support and connections to community resources.
Back-to-School Resource Assistance Program
Supports families by providing essential school supplies and resources that reduce financial strain and help students start the school year prepared and confident.
Emergency Financial Stabilization Program
Offers short-term financial assistance paired with financial education to help individuals and families navigate unexpected hardships and regain stability.
Community Nutrition & Food Security Program
Addresses food insecurity by connecting individuals and families to nutritious food resources, education, and community-based support.
Seasonal Family Support Program
Delivers seasonal assistance, including food, essentials, and holiday support, to help families meet basic needs during critical times of the year.
Our Commitment & Year One Focus
In our first year, The Empowered Family Project is focused on launching core programs that provide financial education, essential resources, and emergency support to families in need.
We are committed to responsible financial stewardship, board oversight, and transparency, ensuring all funds are used exclusively to support our mission.
We are governed by a volunteer board, uphold responsible stewardship, and will publish annual reporting as we grow.

Back-to-School Resource Assistance – July 2026
In July 2026, The Empowered Family Project will host its Back-to-School Resource Assistance event serving families across Maricopa County.
Our Goal:

Students Equipped So Far:

Every $50 equips one student with a backpack and essential supplies.
Partner With Us
Businesses, churches, and community organizations are invited to become event sponsors and help equip 100 students for a successful school year.
